Use this form to rent gear from Outdoor Pursuits! Ideally, we would like this form completed 3–4 days prior to the pick-up date to allow our staff to check the availability and conditions of the gear. After this form is completed, you will receive a confirmation of rental availability from our OP staff. All rentals and purchases may be picked up from the Outdoor Pursuits Milky Way building Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 10 am – 4 pm and Friday 10:30 – 4pm.

Rentals canceled after 3pm the day preceding the pick-up or no shows for pick-up will incur a $5 processing fee.
