Use this form to rent gear from Outdoor Pursuits! Ideally, we would like this form completed 3–4 days prior to the pick-up date to allow our staff to check the availability and conditions of the gear. After this form is completed, you will receive a confirmation of rental availability from our OP staff. All rentals and purchases may be picked up from the Outdoor Pursuits Milky Way building Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 10 am - 4 pm.

A $5 processing fee will be charged for any cancelled rentals. No refund will be given for any rentals that are not picked up.
