2025 VENDOR APPLICATION FORM
Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor during Discover Lansdale's 2025 event season! Please complete this form to be added to our list of potential vendors. 

We'll do our best to assign your preferences. Stay tuned for a follow-up email confirmation with your event assignments and payment information. This form is not an official contract.

EVENT SELECTION AND FEES:
The vendor fee for each event is $75, unless otherwise specified. The vendor fee for spaces with electricity is $90.

FOR FIRST FRIDAYS (ONLY): Vendors who are chosen to participate in all 7 First Friday events, including the July 12th event in Memorial Park, will ONLY be charged for 6 First Friday events, if FULL payment is received by April 1, 2025. *Not including electricity charges. Those who've requested electricity hook-up will be charged the added $15 fee for each event.

Electricity is available on a first come, first served basis and must be requested on this form. Please note, electricity is available at some, but not all events. Please refer to the list of events (above) for more information. 

Electricity costs an additional $15 per event.

Vendors will be assigned (1) 10' x 10' space. 

Vendor is responsible for items such as canopies (no bigger than 10' x 10'), tables, chairs, merchandise, supplies, battery lighting (if needed), etc.

Each event's space assignments will be emailed to vendors one week prior to the event.  *
Vendors who have more than one absence from assigned event spaces will be removed from the vending list, without refund. *
Payment Due:
All forms and payments are due by one month in advance of each assigned event.  If payment is not received by one month in advance of assigned event(s), vendors will be removed from the vendor list.

Cancellation Policy:
Space assignments will be sent by the Wednesday prior to each event. No rain date will be scheduled. If we decide to cancel, you will be notified no later than 3pm on the day of the event. Refunds will not be issued.
