Scholarship Application Form
Scholarship applications are ongoing and considered anytime throughout the year until the scholarship spots (currently five per course and program) are filled.
While there are no set criteria to qualify for a scholarship, I'm looking for how my courses will help you reach your writing dreams and create meaningful change.
Two-thirds of all scholarships are awarded to trans, non-binary, Two-Spirit writers, and writers who are Black, Indigenous, and/or People of Colour (BIPOC). Members of these communities are warmly encouraged to apply.
All your answers remain private and confidential. Awards recipient information is confidential, too.
Scholarship recipients get 60% off of the full price of a course or membership.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me at
I aim to respond within a week of your submissions. Please know how much I respect, love, and appreciate you.
Thank you for your interest in this community dear to my heart.
What Course or Program are You Applying For?
What’s your biggest struggle with writing (or publishing, marketing your writing) and why?
What does writing mean to you? (You might include in your answer, answers to the questions: Why do you write? Who do you write for?)
If you received a scholarship how would this course help you achieve your dreams?
Do you feel your writing represents a point of view and a community that is underrepresented in literature? If yes, please explain.
