LVEHC Digital Content Engagement Form
Please indicate below which LVEHC-sponsored digital content you would like to have your students engage with (select all that apply).
Lehigh Valley faculty who incorporate LVEHC-sponsored digital content into their coursework are eligible for a $350 course enhancement stipend. This stipend will be paid in two parts - one upon completion of this form and receipt of a completed W-9 form, and the final installment upon receipt of a summary on how the content was used.
If you would like to receive the stipend, please fill out the requested information below and LVEHC Coordinator Kate Pitts will be in touch to discuss logistics.
