Please use this form to make a request with Stonington High School's Guidance Department for a copy (both Official and Unofficial) of your high school transcripts. Please be aware that requests may take up to a full week to be processed.

If you need a copy of your immunization records you must contact our District Office if you have graduated at 860-572-0506. Please also note that we do not have copies of high school diplomas.
