We want to hear from men in the community!
Bond CHC is in the process of expanding its services and offerings through increased access to primary care, outpatient urology care, wellness services, mental health / substance abuse services, family counseling, dental care, legal aid, case management, and transportation. We plan to provide a centralized location where residents can receive a wide range of services that otherwise might be unavailable. One of the specialized programs will be a comprehensive men's health program to improve the overall health and welfare of men living in Leon County and surrounding counties.
Bond CHC invites men in our community to join us for one of two listening sessions, where we can receive your input and help us truly assess the community's needs for this developing health resource.
