Certified Landscape Horticulturist Manager (CLHM) Exam Registration Form
*Please Note:
  1. CLHM certification is a series of written tests, with one test targeting each one of the 7 competency areas relevant perform in the role of a landscape horticulture supervisor. All 7 tests must be successfully completed to earn the designation.
  2. Candidates may register for the complete series, or for one or few tests at a time. Fee to register for the complete series covers the cost to take each of the 7 tests once.
  3. A $45 fee is charged to retake failed tests. Click this link to complete and submit the Test Retake Application Form.
  4. Candidates have 5 years, from the date of taking their first test, to complete the series of 7 tests and earn their designation.
  5. Indicate if you require modified accommodation for written tests. Requests MUST be accompanied by supporting documentation from a medical, social or educational institution. 
  6. Cancellation Policy: Candidates have 30 days from submitting their exam registration form to cancel. A 15% administration fee will be withheld upon cancellation.
  7. Allow 2 - 4 business days to process registration and send your exam confirmation email.
