You must meet ALL of the following requirements in order to set an appointment for an interview:
- Must have visited out drive through pantry within the past 30 days. It is open every Saturday from 10-11am.
- State Issued ID
- Proof of residency for all household members (mail with name and address). Ideas for children: school records, doctor appointment printouts, or Medicaid paperwork
- Proof of income for all household members who are 18+ of age
