Vendor Agreement Form
Thank you for your interest in vending during our Arizona Derby Dames Bouts! 

Guidelines:
1. Must provide their own table/chairs
2. Must donate a raffle prize worth $20 and 10% of sales. Raffle prize will be delivered to the raffle table upon arrival.
3. Please provide a short "blurb" so we can announce you during the bout
4. Two people will enter for free on behalf of your vendor agreement, the night of the bout you are vending

Timeline Day of Bout:
4:00p Vendors Enter
5:00p Bouts Begin
9:00p Estimated* Bouts End

Money is due the end of the night and will be given to the assigned bout manager.

*Minimal electrical outlets available, please inquire about the need for electricity before sending in the agreement.

Vendor Agreement

I will pay a 10% of sales fee to be a vendor per bout for the Arizona Derby Dames. I will donate a raffle prize worth a minimum of $20 for the bout I am vending at. I understand that this is a "family friendly" event and must respect league members and fans accordingly. I understand that if an AZDD Manager asks for me to leave the premises for anything negative that may happen, I forgo the right to a refund of my vendor fee.
