Join us to deliver earned paid sick time off, a fair minimum wage, and more worker freedom to Alaska workers and families.
These policies will impact over tens of thousands of Alaska families and provide stability for workers and children. We will be on the November 2024 ballot, giving Alaskans a chance to vote on these important policies.

Here’s what this measure will do if passed by Alaska voters:
Sick Leave
Workers will earn 1 hour of paid sick leave for every thirty hours worked. Employers under 15 employees can limit usage to 40 hours/year per employee and employers over fifteen can limit usage to 56 hours/year per employee. Sick leave may be taken to care for yourself or family members.
Wage Rate
This initiative will raise the minimum wage to $13 in 2025, $14 in 2026, and $15 in 2027. It will continue to increase annually tied to inflation thereafter.
Worker Freedom
This initiative would prohibit employers from requiring their employees to attend meetings on political and religious topics that have nothing to do with their work.
