Thank you for thinking of the Children’s Museum for your school program. Please fill out this form to help us serve you better. All requests must be made at least 2 weeks in advance and are subject to availability. Submission of this form is not confirmation of your reservation. The Education Administrative Coordinator will contact you to schedule and confirm your reservation.  Your reservation is complete when you receive a confirmation email including an invoice.


the details

  • Outreach sessions are 45 minutes in length 
  • Sessions are scheduled between 9:30 am - 3:00 pm
  • Outreaches occur Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
  • Multiple sessions will require 15min reset after each session
  • Multiple sessions must take place within the same location
  • Many programs require access to an outlet
  • Large carts are used to transport program materials
