2023 Pre-Screening Regina Farmers' Market Pop-Up Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in joining the Regina Farmers' Market Co-operative (RFM) as a pop-up shop.

Each year we accept a limited amount of vendors who wish to attend 1-5 markets a year as a pop-up shop. If you wish to attend more than 5 markets in 2023 please fill out an application to be a full-time vendor here: https://forms.gle/van2QakAbUmrnLyv6.

Applications for our 2023 RFM season will be accepted from January 1, 2023 to March 31, 2023. Applications submitted after March 31, 2023 may not be considered. Applicants are strongly encouraged to apply as early as possible in the application cycle, as applications will be assessed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Before applying, applicants are strongly encouraged to read the following documents:

• RFM Getting Started Information:
https://reginafarmersmarket.ca/pages/getting-started
• RFM Product Presentation & Labeling Policy:
https://reginafarmersmarket.ca/pages/creating-labels
• RFM: SHA Approvals for Food + Beverage Products:

The RFM Applications Process:

1) You will be contacted by the RFM within 3-4 weeks of submission. Applicants who successfully move past the pre-screening phase will be contacted with invitation to complete the second half of the Application Form. In most cases, this is when applicants will be asked to provide information on their current status with product labels and Saskatchewan Health Authority approvals.

2) Upon receipt of the full application, your submission will be reviewed by the RFM Applications Committee and an interview will be scheduled. Depending on the nature of your business, product samples may be required.

3) You will receive the final decision from the RFM Applications Committee on your application shortly after your interview.

Please Note:

• The RFM reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its discretion. The RFM applications process is internal to the organization, and details about decisions regarding applications are not generally provided to the applicant.

• Denied applicants may, if they wish, reapply in the next application cycle.

Please direct all questions related to the RFM Applications Process to our committee, at applications@reginafarmersmarket.ca. No phone calls, please.

Thank you!
