II. EXCHANGING TOKENS FOR GOLD
   AUIXI is a utility token exchangeable for gold. The buyer of the token can freely dispose of it, i.e. hold it in his portfolio or sell it but can also demand that it be exchanged for gold at any time. The exchange of token into gold is based on a forward contract concluded between the parties (token holder and the Issuer). The physical delivery of gold will take place on the date specified in the agreement, not longer than 6 months. The exchange parity is predetermined and amounts to 1 g of gold for 1 token. This means that the final purchase price of gold is determined at the time the token is acquired and not at the market price on the delivery date. A forward contract is a futures transaction, and by its nature, the parties to the transaction share the risk of a rise or fall in the price of gold from the contract date to the delivery date.

II. WYMIANA TOKENÓW NA ZŁOTO
   AUIXI jest tokenem użytkowym wymienialnym na złoto. Nabywca tokena może nim swobodnie dysponować, tzn. trzymać go w swoim portfelu lub sprzedać, ale może też w każdej chwili zażądać jego wymiany na złoto. Wymiana tokena na złoto odbywa się na podstawie kontraktu terminowego zawartego pomiędzy stronami (posiadaczem tokena i Emitentem). Fizyczna dostawa złota nastąpi w terminie określonym w umowie, nie dłuższym niż 6 miesięcy. Parytet wymiany jest z góry ustalony i wynosi 1 g złota za 1 token. Oznacza to, że ostateczna cena zakupu złota jest ustalana w momencie nabycia tokena, a nie po cenie rynkowej w dniu dostawy. Kontrakt forward jest transakcją terminową i z natury rzeczy strony transakcji dzielą ryzyko wzrostu lub spadku ceny złota od daty kontraktu do daty dostawy.
Złoto dostarczane będzie w formie tzw. złota inwestycyjnego tj. w sztabkach o różnej wadze oraz czystości 0,999.
