Tell Us About your Data Science Program!
K-12 education is quickly adopting data science programs, both locally and in state standards. DS4E is trying to understand the spread, scale, and diversity of new programs as they are developed by innovative educators, school leaders, and districts around the country. We are looking for opportunities to profile new innovative programs for research and public awareness (e.g. media, program spotlights, report features, etc.). DS4E is also trying to help share and spread successful models that have been found to work successfully for students, teachers, and school leaders. This is NOT a formal research study, but rather a general program questionnaire intended to gather landscape information.

This brief < 10-minute form will help us understand what efforts are underway around the country. Please note that entering your program information implies permission for us to share basic information about your program to other system stakeholders in an aggregated format. We will contact you in case we wish to profile your school / district with more direct attribution.

This questionnaire is organized by Data Science 4 Everyone, a field-building and research initiative based at the University of Chicago for K-12 data science & data literacy education.

DS4E is interested in this information to help inform our understanding of the reach of existing student opportunities, to identify additional research and implementation support that may be needed, and to collate best practices identified to date that support student outcomes.

We ask that K-12 administrators and/or K-12 educators are the primary respondents to this questionnaire.
