History Camp Registration for Ages 9 - 12
This form is for history camp attendees ages 9 - 12 only and is limited to 20 students.

The camp dates are July 13 - 16, 9am - 3pm at Center for Educational Opportunities, 201 Staunton Road, Troy, IL  62294. The camp fee is $200.00 per student. Fee includes snacks and fees. Students will need to bring a lunch each day.

Registration Steps
  1. Complete this registration. 
  2. Return to roe41.org to download forms (waiver & medication)
  3. Make check payable to MCHS
  4. Mail forms and fee to the Regional Office of Education.
