Or maybe you'd just like to reach out and share information about your organization or agency by staffing an informational table. By completing the form below, you will be registered to display your posters and/or staff an informational table at the Southern Area Interagency Prescribed Fire Refresher Training (RT 300).

Poster presentations need not be staffed, your posters will be displayed by staff throughout the convention center’s common areas. Posters submitted for our 2018 session can be resubmitted!

If you would like to staff an information table to showcase your agency/organization, project or prescribed fire information please indicate below. Tables will be spread among poster displays throughout the convention center’s common areas.

Posters and information tables will be visited by attendees throughout the event. There will be ample time for attendees to view posters and interact with representatives between classes and during breaks.

Our training is currently scheduled for November 29 - December 2,  at the Chattanooga Convention Center in Chattanooga, TN.  November 29th is a set up and check-in day. If you plan to staff an information table expect to arrive on the 29th to set up your table. Staff will display all posters that we’ve received on this day as well.
