PTO Funds Request Form (for Trail Wind Staff)
As members of the Trail Wind PTO, teachers and staff may request funds from the PTO for educational purposes by submitting this form.  Funds requests for less than $300 will be voted on at the next PTO executive board meeting (typically within a month).  Funds requests for $300 or more will be voted on at the next general membership meeting (membership meetings are typically held at least at the beginning and end of the school year).
