Welcome to your free 5-Day Tiny Habits program.

I am Linda Fogg-Phillips, the Director at the Tiny Habits Academy. Tiny Habits Academy is the teaching and training organization for the Tiny Habits method. So if you want to learn how to create new habits in your life... then you are in the right place!

The Tiny Habits method is a proven way to create new habits quickly and easily. Tiny Habits is a breakthrough method created by Dr. BJ Fogg, a Stanford Human Behavior Scientist.

When you enroll in the free 5-Day Tiny Habits program, you will be guided via email by either me, one of our Tiny Habits Coaches in training, or one of our seasoned Tiny Habits Certified Coaches.

You will spend approximately 45 minutes total during the week going through the free 5-Day Tiny Habits program. You will need about 25 minutes to get started and then just 3 minutes a day to complete your Tiny Habits.

You will learn a lot about habits, as well as how to change your behavior.
