Children's Christmas Performance - Info & Practice Resources
Hi there! Thank you for your interest in having your child sing with us on the Christmas performances at Wildwood UMC! The children will be putting together an easily-prepared program this year, and will be featured at the choir concert on Dec. 17, as well as the 4:00pm Christmas Eve service.

Silent Night

First Verse - Normal melody, singing with words ("Silent Night, Holy Night, .....").
Second Verse - Sign language only, NO singing. Only *PLEASE SEE VIDEO IN LINK ABOVE*
Thrid Verse - Normal melody, same words as verse one. The children will be leading the congregation in singing this.

The First Noel

The children will only sing the refrain ("Noel, Noel, Noel, Noel. Born is the King of Israel"). This part is rather short, but will repeat multiple times throughout singing this with the congregation/band. The verses will be covered by soloists.

Angels We Have Heard On High

The children will only sing the refrain ("Gloria in excelsis Deo"). This part is rather short, but will repeat multiple times throughout singing this with the congregation/band. The verses will be covered by a combination of choir/band/soloists, etc.
