Engaging in racial equity work begins with individuals and organizations assessing their level of readiness. This survey will allow us to learn more about your organization. While taking the survey you will have an opportunity to reflect on how equity currently functions in your workplace and think about how racial equity work can benefit all organizations and settings. Please complete our Organizational Readiness Survey so that our team can learn more about your organization and the changes that you would like to see.
