Due to the restrictions on mass gatherings put forth by Mayor Steve Adler and recommendations from the CDC aimed at slowing the spread of COVID-19, all previously scheduled Austin Opera performances and events for the 2019-2020 Season must be cancelled.

Our top priority as we move forward is to care for the entire Austin Opera family, including our patrons, artists, and staff. This means finding new ways to bring art and connectedness to you even when we can’t occupy the same space.

For those of you with outstanding tickets to the remainder of the season, please consider converting your ticket purchase into a donation to Austin Opera. Our Trustees have generously stepped forward to match donations from converted ticket purchases to help compensate our artists and ensure the ongoing health of the organization. Your donation will provide critical support for the artistic community at our most vulnerable hour.

Alternatively, the value of your tickets can be applied to your account as a credit and used towards tickets for our 2020-2021 Season.
