TRAILER, TABLES AND CHAIRS USE AGREEMENT Confirmation must be provided that the borrowed trailer will be transported with an insured vehicle which meets the requirements of Gilliam County. Confirmation must be provided that the driver of the vehicle transporting the trailer is at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Borrower agrees to inspect the trailer coupling mechanism and safety chain before transporting equipment to and from the event site. The Borrower waives all claims for any personal injury, property damage or losses arising out of the use of the trailer, or any accident or breakdown. Borrower hereby agrees all equipment borrowed will be returned on time and in the condition it was received. Borrower is responsible for all reasonable repairs or replacement should damage beyond normal wear and tear occur during the borrowing period. Borrower agrees to hold the lender harmless for all liability, losses, damages, costs or expenses which arise out of the negligent act or omission of the borrower while transporting or using the tables and chairs. Borrower will not use the trailer or equipment for anything other than the stated purpose/event. Borrower will not loan the trailer or equipment to any other individual or organization. Lender is not liable for damage to the Borrower’s bumper or automobile done by detachable hitches. A donation for the use of equipment is encouraged. These funds help us to continue to manage and upkeep inventory.
