PBAD 2017 Vendor/ Sponsor Application
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor/sponsor for the 2017 Pit Bull Appreciation Day Festival! All PBAD DC partners are 501(c)3 compliant, making vendor and sponsorship fees tax deductible. We can provide tax exempt information and receipts upon request. Please fill out the application below, and we will contact you with approval.

There are three levels of participation:
1) Vendor: $30 (Fee waived for 501c3 organizations)
2) Vendor Plus: $30 vendor fee and an additional $50 ($50 “Vendor Plus” fee not waived for
3) Sponsor: Sponsors do not have a vendor space at the event. There are three levels of
Silver: $50
Gold: $100
Diamond: $200

We do not have tables or tents for rent. Please bring along all necessary supplies for your booth space.

***ALL logos to be included for the t-shirt must be received by 9/16/17***

Vendor Agreement *
Vendor must agree to be bound by this Agreement to participate. Vendor agrees to arrive on time; to be open during the standard hours during the event; to comply with all rules and regulations of Pit Bull Appreciation Day and Sterling Ruritan as stated in this application and to be RESPONSIBLE FOR THOROUGH CLEAN UP of vendor’s area and removal of equipment, litter, garbage etc. ALL SIGNAGE AND PRODUCT MUST BE APPROVED BY VENDOR MANAGER. Non-compliance will result in immediate removal from the festival. Food vendors are required to provide and responsible for obtaining current Fairfax County food truck documentation. Vendor also hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ambassador Pit Bull Alliance LLC, Sterling Ruritan, and all partners from any claims arising under this agreement.
Sales Tax *
In compliance with Loudoun County, each vendor is responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax (6%) on all sales made during PBAD. 501c3 organizations are exempt.
Request for Donation Receipt
A 501(c)3 receipt of donation will be provided from a partnering 501(c)3 registered organization

All vendor & sponsor payments are due at this time. Please remember $30 vendor fee is waived for non-profits. Vendor Plus level requires Vendor fee of $30 AND Vendor Plus (if you are non-profit only the $50 Vendor Plus fee is due).
