Thank you so much for your interest in our 8th Canadian book signing event! Our event is consistently growing as we continue to bring authors and readers from around the world together in an intimate setting, and experience the art culture that our book world has to offer. All genres are welcome, and we can't thank you enough for your never ending support!

**50% of your invoice is due upon receipt and an automatic payment plan will be in place for your remaining balance within 90 days, but we recommend that you pay your invoice immediately as we have a maximum capacity of tables and guest rooms available. We would love for everyone who showed and interest to attend, but our confirmations fills up quickly and a wait list will begin. Any outstanding invoices will be cancelled. Once your invoice is cancelled you can sign up again and you will be added to the waitlist. All fees are non-refundable as the money will be paid into the nonprofit event, and remaining proceeds to our 2025 charity. However, your registration fee may be transferred to 'sponsor' if you need to cancel after any payment has been made.**

Friday, September 12, 2025 - Meet & Greet at Social Bar & Loft - 5pm until close
- Sponsors bring donations for VIP bags, author bags, and charity silent auction (announcement will be made)

Saturday, September 13, 2025 - Book Signing ends at 3pm
 - Table Registration and set up 8am-9:30am
- VIP readers early entry 10am
-General Ticket Holders entry 11am
-games, charity silent auction & books galore!

Saturday, September 13, 2025 - Buffet Dinner & 1980s After Party
-VIP Sponsors set up 4:30pm
-Dinner registration & social at 5pm
- 1980s themed after Party 6pm-11pm
-photobooth, cocktails, games

-All registration fees will be paid in your currency
-Registration includes your signing table, swag bag, spot reserved at the Welcome Meet & Greet, and 1980s GLOW-up Buffet Dinner Party. 
-Discounted room rates for registered IYSAE guests with booking link once available
-Starbucks, Orchid Café, Ginko Restaurant, Social Bar & Loft (Meet & Greet location), pool, hot tub, business and fitness centre, gift shop, SPA (Yes! You read that right, a spa!!!)
-Pet friendly (contact the venue for details when booking your room)
-Everything is fully accessible 
-Go Train, TTC and UP Express, Subway accessible
-COMPLIMENTARY AIRPORT SHUTTLE; parking $20/day or $6/hr or $100/wk


We love PAs and models, too! There will be a fee of $85 for each that you bring to attend with you, which includes their seat at your table, seat reserved at the Welcome Meet & Greet, and 1980s Buffet Dinner After Party, all for a discount on the price of dinner!

We encourage models, bloggers, and other vendors to register a table with us and help grow your business!
