Ridesharing Student Registration 2025/2026
Annual Registration Fee:
$45.00 (Academic School Year Only) Non-refundable!
$10.00 per additional sibling. 

Weekly One-Way (Pick-up or Drop-off) Rates:
1: Child $50 
2+ $40 each additional sibling (*Same Location, Same School*)

Weekly Round-Trip (Pick-up & Drop-off) Rates:  
1: Child $100
2+ $80 each additional sibling (*Same Location, Same School*)

📢Rates may vary according to the distance and/or special request($1.25 for each additional mile over 3 miles).

📢Invoice's will be sent every Thursday's  or Friday's.

📢Payment due Saturdays. If you pay late, there's a $10 fee per day on Mondays.

📢Transportation won't be provided if communication is Not clear.

📢R&L Shuttle will NOT issue a credit or refund for absences, Acts of God, or days that school is closed during the school year (such as 1 or 2 day closed)

📢Holidays break - Fall, Winter, Spring - Parents WILL NOT be charge.
 
📢Parents are responsible to notify R&L Shuttle about absence of student. No call/No show will be $15 per day.

📢Parents will be charged $25 return fee if no one is home / school for the child(ren).

📢Billing can be sent out (Weekly, Bi-Weekly Or Monthly).*Monthly Only: 
10% Discount!

📢Acceptable Payment's - Zelle: Email- rlshuttleservice@gmail.com Or 
Email invoices ($3.00% Surcharge + $0.30).

📢Drivers are allowed to accept cash payment (With envelope child name writing on it).

📢Parents will be required to pay a $25 holding fee if no service is needed within a week to secure their child's spot for up to two weeks during the academic year.

📢 Keep your child at home if he/she is sick with any illness.

📢 Parent's will be charged for cleaning fee or damage fee made by your child. Starting at $50 and up. 

📢 For safety reasons, we will refuse transportation to any visibly sick passengers.

📢 All vehicle will have hand sanitizer, disposable wipes, and commonly touched surfaces will be sanitize at the end of every route.

📢 All Students need to handle their own personal bags and belongings. Bags are NOT to be shared during pick-up or drop-off.

📢 No standing or jumping on the seats while the vehicle is moving or parked.

📢 Students MUST stay directly behind their seating area at all times, keeping the isles clear. Sit up straight in their seat, NOT to stick legs over the seat in front or behind them.

📢 If a student is participating in any bullying or fighting they will be suspended from the Van. ZERO tolerance for a violent, bullying, fighting and/or instigating.

🛑Transportation fees will not be refunded.

Verbal and Violation Policy:
1st Incident – Warning to student.
2nd Incident – Conversation with Parent/Guardian
3rd Incident – One week suspension
