2026 KARE for Kane Team Registration Form
IF YOU ARE PART OF A TEAM/GROUP/BUSINESS: Please have the TEAM LEADER complete this Team Registration form. They will sign you up the entire team, so individuals who are part of the team do not need to complete a form.

Thank you so much for having your team be part of KARE for Kane! This year it will be held on May 8, 2026. Please complete the form below.

On the DAY OF KARE for Kane (5/8): Please have your team report to the Kane Area Community Center (46 N. Fraley Street) to check in. There will be coffee and treats ready to fuel you up for a day of giving back!

Please note: In order to receive a t-shirt, you MUST have your registration in no later than April 10, 2026.
