BAAA Annual Charity Show and Sale Application

Saturday, March 14 & Sunday, March 15, at the Independence Golf Club, Midlothian, VA to benefit World Pediatrics

ENTRY DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 9, 2026 - 46 exhibitors on a first come first serve basis with paid entry fee.

  • Entry Fee is $75 to exhibit up to 14 pieces of artwork including replacement pieces for art sold.  Includes admission to reception and a drink ticket.  
  • Make your check out to BAAA Fundraising and put BAAA Annual Charity Show in Memo Line.  Give your check to Pam Landreth or send to her at 6009 Country Walk Road, Midlothian, VA 23112.
  • Your spot is not guaranteed until your payment has been received by Pam Landreth.
  • No refunds for entry fees unless replacement can be found (to ensure food expenses are covered).
  • Must be an exhibiting BAAA artist and juried in under the medium you plan to show and your BAAA dues for 2026 have been paid.
  • Original art only and all artwork must be for sale.  Minimum of $100 for sales price.
  • 25% of art sales will be donated to World Pediatrics.  Exhibitors will receive 75% of sales plus sales tax collected. Paying sales tax is the Exhibitors’ responsibility.  Tax form will be provided.
  • Artists can exhibit artwork previously exhibited in this show, we encourage as many new pieces as possible.
