Scary Tales + Mini Golf Vendor Application Aug 2024Greetings,
We are Putting together Our 1st Scary Tales + Mini Golf Event.
Saturday, August 3rd, 2024 from 3pm-11pm
Location: Rancho Jurupa Regional Park 4800 Crestmore Rd, Jurupa Valley, CA 92509
Event will take place in Mini Golf Course and outside surrounding area.
We Will be Having Spooky Mini Golf, 2 Mini Haunted Houses, Free & Paid Photo Ops, Food Trucks/Booths & Spooky Vendors.
The Current costs are as follows:
10x10 Booth -
1 -10 x 10 - Space is $150
2 -10 x 10 - Spaces is $275
1 - Table Space $100
- Premium and/or Corner Spots are $50 More per Corner....
FOOD VENDORS - $100 FEE and 10% of daily sales to be paid by end of day.
INSURANCE WILL BE MANDATORY. Please provide us with your certificate naming us as additional insured.
Please note: This Event is outdoors and you will need to provide you own Canopy, table, chairs and other items you may need to display items or shield from weather. There is NO electricity and it will be dark for approximately 3-4 hours of the time you are vending. You will need to provide your own battery powered lighting or small generator for your booth if you need power. Bug spray and sunscreen are highly recommended.
Because venue schedule restrictions the event will proceed as planned regardless of rain or shine. In the event of cancellation your booth fee will be rolled over to the next event.
NOTE: ALL Participants in this event that need booth/table space must fill out this application.
