Inclusion Drives Innovation Webcast
October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month. This year the theme is Inclusion Drives Innovation. NASA is a leader in innovation and has a diverse workforce that makes its contribution to an event like this truly unique. On October 5th, schools, organizations and individuals from around the globe will tune in to learn from NASA employees with disabilities who exemplify this year's theme. These employees will share their experiences, challenges and triumphs in pursuit of their dreams and how they have pushed NASA to meet the needs of every individual. NASA recognizes its need to capitalize on the talents of all employees to achieve its mission. Through this initiative we hope to encourage a discussion worldwide on how inclusion drives innovation. At the end of the day, what an individual CAN do is what matters.
