Birthday Party Request Form Information
This request form is for you to complete to request a birthday party at Power & Grace.  We offer an hour and a half party on Saturdays at 2:00 or at 4:00.  Once your party request has been submitted, we will get back to you to let you know if that time is available!

GENERAL PARTY INFORMATION
* We offer an hour and a half party on Saturdays at 2:00 or at 4:00 (through May).  Starting with June, we will offer parties at 1:00 or at 3:00.
Party Options:
1) The Perfect Party
* One hour of a private Open Gym will be followed by 1/2 hour of time upstairs.  This is a great time to open gifts or have a snack, sing to the birthday child, and visit with each other.
* The price for the party is $195.  This is for up to 10 participants.
1) The Deluxe Party
* One hour of a Instructor guided games, obstacle courses, parachute play will be followed by 1/2 hour of time upstairs.  This is a great time to open gifts or have a snack, sing to the birthday child, and visit with each other.
* The price for the party is $250.  This is for up to 10 participants.

* All the participants MUST have a signed waiver.  This can be found on our website - www.powerandgrace.com/birthday-parties
