Ignite Housing 2022
Use this form to make a request if you have a need for your student to be in a cabin with someone specific.  We'll consider your request, but we cannot guarantee that all requests will be filled. You'll be notified either way, prior to your arrival.

We ask that PARENTS complete this form for any student requests.  If your student would like to be placed in a cabin with someone specific, complete this form and have the other student's parent complete this form, as well.  A parent for each student must fill out the form to ensure agreement between families.
