Dear Parent:

Your child has been invited to participate in a Lunch Bunch with the Counselor.  The group will meet during lunchtime, throughout the year to eat lunch and work together on topics that students have expressed interest in learning more about.   We will meet on a regular basis (bi-weekly) to play games and discuss topics such as Conflict Resolution, emotion regulation, friendship, grief, changing families, and stress and worries

Participation by your child in Lunch Bunch is strictly voluntary.  It is our desire to make these meetings a warm and open place for students to share or interact with others in a safe environment.  Any student may discontinue participation at any time without negative consequences.  The sessions are private, confidential and abide by all state and federal laws for the protection of children.

If you give permission to allow your child to participate in this group, please sign and return this form  as soon as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact Mrs. Leatherman 972-347-7222. We are looking forward to a great year!
