The following jobs you must be able to work the entire shift. Please check all that you are willing to do.
Friday Set Up (4:00 PM- 7:00 PM) – Help with unloading the U-Haul, setting up tables & chairs, etc
Saturday Set Up (6:30 AM -9:30 AM) – Help put up signs and other set up tasks.
Score Room Runner (9:00 AM– 3:00 PM) – Go to the various competition sites and collect any paperwork ready for the score room.
The following jobs shifts can be adjusted to your availability.
Sales (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) Help set up sales area, help with sales throughout the day.
Hospitality Room (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM) – Assist with food and drinks for the tournament officials. Help with clean up at the end of the shift.
Spontaneous Door Monitor (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) – Allow only officials into the building.
Omer Fest (11:00 AM– 3:00 PM) – Assist with games and activities for team members.
General Runner (9:00 AM -3:00 PM) – Run items to designated spots as needed by Tournament Director, Regional Director, and Site Coordinator.
