All goods must be handmade or altered, no direct sales or MLMs. Booth spaces are 4’x8’. Vendors must provide their own display, tables and chairs. We do not have the ability to hang items on walls so please make accommodations with your display. We will not be providing a central cashier so vendors must stay with their booths. The applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Kelly School PTA, Kelly Elementary employees, representatives and agents, from and against all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, levies and cause of action or suits of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or related to the applicant’s activities at the Lents Neighborhood Holiday Bazaar. Kelly School PTA reserves the right to limit the number of vendors in certain categories. This is a community and family event so all goods must be appropriate for all ages. Sorry, alcohol sales are not permitted. Space is limited and we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
