Criteria:
Applicants must be a full-time student at Duquesne University School of Pharmacy or University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy.

Applicants must currently be in their first, second, or third professional year of the PharmD Program and have maintained a cumulative 3.0 GPA or greater.

Applicants must be a current member of the Allegheny County Pharmacists Association.

Applicants must demonstrate involvement in the Allegheny County Pharmacists Association (ACPA), Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association (PPA), or advocacy for the  pharmacy profession.

Below, please write a maximum of 250 words describing your involvement in  ACPA, PPA, or  advocacy for the pharmacy profession.

Deadline Monday, January 11, 2021 at 12:00AM (EST)

Selected awardees will be notified by email before the end of the academic year and will be invited to a future ACPA event to receive official recognition of the scholarship award.

Scholarship funds will be provided to the awardees school directly to be applied to the student’s account. Funds will not be released to the student.
