GLN Partnership Application Form
Thank you for your interest in helping GLN serve the greater DC metro community! We are always looking for new ways to expand and impact more members of the community, so we appreciate all applications and prospective partnerships that are sent our way.
Please use this form to submit a partnership application or to submit contact information for a prospective partner idea. We ask that you submit a separate form for each partnership contact or request. After you submit the form, a GLN staff member will be in touch regarding your proposal.
