Senior Scholarship Form - Skyline

Please fill out this form if you are in need of a scholarship for your graduation needs. Your request will be reviewed and you will receive an email if your request is approved. Please note that scholarship amounts are between 50 and 100%.

Deadlines to apply are as follows:

Yearbook: Must apply by Friday November 1, 2024 at 3 PM

Cap and Gown: Must apply by Friday December 6, 2024 at 3PM

Prom Ticket: Must apply by Friday April 25, 2025 at 3PM
