Brown MS - Year 2025-2026 -  Please use this form to report your child's absence from school. Absences include full-day absences, late arrivals, and early dismissals. Please note that attendance in school is vital for good performance.  To help your child achieve all they can, please limit absences, tardy arrivals and early departures to illness, urgent medical appointments or other unavoidable appointments.

This form is for parental use only.  The request MUST be a Parent/Guardian email address that is currently in Aspen connected to your student's portal. Any student who misrepresents themselves as their guardian by filling out this form are subject to suspension for forgery.

Please be aware: Vacations/travel/family trips are NOT considered excused absences.
