About Blue Aster

Blue Aster is a micro-bakery based out of Kingston, NY. We primarily use ingredients sourced from the Hudson Valley, so when you enjoy a Blue Aster baked good, you're tasting the region’s grains, dairy, fruit, vegetables, and other amazing locally grown and produced foods. You can find Blue Aster at several farmers' markets around the Hudson Valley.

Cake Ordering

This is an order request form - please note that no orders are official until you have received an email confirmation. Blue Aster is a one-woman show, so we ask for your patience in our response time.

*** At this time, I'm only accepting a limited number of orders on a few specific dates starting in January. Cakes will be pickup only in Kingston. I plan to offer more flexibility and options in the near future, and appreciate your patience as I scale this business! 🫶 ****

Sea Salt Caramel, Milk Chocolate, Tahini - chocolate olive oil cake, sea salt caramel, Fruition Brown Butter 43% Milk Chocolate ganache, brown sugar tahini buttercream (gf option available)

Cranberry, Vanilla Bean, Mascarpone* - brown sugar olive oil chiffon cake, ginger cranberry compote, whipped mascarpone vanilla bean cream
Dark Chocolate, Espresso, Fig* - chocolate chiffon cake, local fig jam, Fruition Dominican Nacional 68% Dark Chocolate ganache, espresso whipped mascarpone

*These cake flavors require refrigeration until serving. The other cakes can be stored at room temperature for up to four hours.
