QCESC 27 & 28Jan17 Battle of the Bridges Contest - Registration Form

One registration form is required to be completed and submitted for each team with a maximum 4 people on a team.

After registering on-line, you need to pay your registration fee and optional pizza by one of two methods:

1. Paying on-line by clicking on the link shown after you complete this registration form. The payment can be by PayPal or credit card which is a secure transaction. (Preferred method)

2. Mailing in a check to the QCESC (QCESC, PO Box 1166, Bettendorf, Iowa 52722-0020)

There is a maximum number of 40 teams for the Friday session and 40 for the Saturday Session with a limit of 8 teams from any one High School each day. Teams will be considered registered once we have received your on-line registration and receipt of your registration fee. A listing will be added to this page to show teams that have registered on-line and indicate when we have received their payment. The deadline to register is Thursday, January 26 or when all 80 spots are filled. We would strongly recommend you register early to insure your team a spot.

To submit the form, you must scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Submit" button. If you properly fill out and submit this on-line form, you should see a message that says "Thanks! Your response has been recorded". If you don't see this, you need to update or add missing information which will be highlighted on the form in red color.

    For Teams Competing on Saturday, optional pizza/pop is available to pre-order below.

    Please indicate how many pizzas and 2 liter containers of pop you would like to pre-order for delivered for lunch. The pizzas are 14" which should feed around 4 adults. The cost is $10 for one pizza and 2 liter pop with paper plates, napkins, and cups provided. The food is available for your team along with team supporters. The total number of pizzas ordered shuld match the total number of 2 liter pops ordered.
