Thank you for your interest in NHE's Co-ops.

This form will document your interest and place you on our waiting list for the 2023-24 school year.
You have no obligation to participate if we have an opening. Because space is limited, the waiting list is used to determine the order of when someone inquired about Co-op to be fair in our considerations.

You do not have to be a member to fill out this form, however, you do have to join NHE if you decide to participate in Co-op.
Please Note: Members are considered first when we have openings.

Due to the number of inquiries we receive, you will only be contacted in the event we have an opening and/or need more information from you.
Note: The responses are reset each year after the Spring Semester starts, so you will need to fill it out again for each new school year.
