Guided Session goals
One of the goals of Divine healing LLC is to ensure that our client's needs are targeted and met during meditation sessions. Specifically, our meditation sessions are designed to help clients deplete different stressors (e.g., anxiety, stress) and focus on positive factors (e.g., mindfulness, positive affirmations). To ensure that your goals are met during your scheduled mindfulness session, please specify what you would like to accomplish during your meditation session.
