One of the goals of Divine healing LLC is to ensure that our client's needs are targeted and met during their mindfulness sessions. All of our services are client-centered, so we can meet you where you're at and better serve you. Our mindfulness sessions are designed to help you build your mindfulness practice, learn mindful techniques and exercises, deplete different stressors (e.g., anxiety, stress), and focus on positive factors (e.g., self-empowerment, positive affirmations). To ensure that your goals are met during your scheduled mindfulness session, please specify what you would like to accomplish during your session.
