Almost (Virtually) Christmas Party

Traditionally, we at Jazz Inc celebrate the closing of the year with an Almost Christmas Weekend of workshops and parties, but this year, due to the pandemic, we have virtually moved things online.

We will be celebrating with a live stream by The Rhythmakers, Jazz Inc's house swing band. We have a surprise or two along with the usual swing tunes for you to enjoy dancing at home. If you don't know how to dance, certain donation tiers gives you instructional videos that will get you groovin in no time, alone or with a partner!

Entrance to the party is by donation. There are several recommended donation tiers for the party. If you've been privileged not to have been affected too much by the pandemic and/or feel generous during this season of giving, do consider donating more to help with the rehearsal studio rental, along with live streaming facilities and artist stipends.

Once you've made your donation, two links will be given to you, one for the live stream on YouTube and another will be a zoom link, so you can see your friends who you cannot be with this time of year during the party!

If you don't know how to dance, don't worry! Some of the donation tiers comes along with instructional videos for absolute beginners for both solo and partner dancing! All the solo classes are filmed during Singapore's lockdown when I had to move my classes onto a virtual platform.

If you've been greatly affected by the pandemic, like most of us full time dance instructors and musicians, and would like some Christmas cheer, do write in to sinclair.ang@gmail.com and we will arrange something for you!

You can donate any amount you like, but here are some recommended individual donation tiers (and additional perks!)

SGD20 - party entrance and an instructional video of choice*
SGD30 - party entrance and 2 instructional videos of choice*
SGD50 - party entrance and 3 instructional videos of choice and SGD20 credit for future Jazz Inc class/event*
SGD100 and up - party entrance and an hour private class (excluding studio rental)

Recommended special in-house party package (please don't invite more than 5 friends to enjoy the set together!): SGD30-100 and up (for 2 to 7 pax)

*All Jazz Inc current students (who have taken a class with Jazz Inc from Oct-Dec 2020) get a SGD5 credit for future Jazz Inc classes/events. Credits are valid till end March 2021
