Rogers Park Alfresco Application Form
Rogers Park Business Alliance (RPBA) is excited to be able to provide public spaces for community programming. We are looking forward to experiencing the creativity or our community and transformation of our pubic plazas.

This form is to be used to apply to for the 3 public spaces in Rogers Park managed by RPBA: Glenwood Alfresco, Jarvis Square Alfresco, and Clark People Spot. Please provide as much information as possible so we can make an informed decision. We will get back to you within 2 business days of receiving your application.

Keep in mind that times are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, and that the public spaces are only available for events between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. (10 p.m. on weekends).

Finally, this is intended to be the last step in the process of applying for an event. Make sure to read both the Alfresco Event Criteria and list of potentially necessary City permits before filling out this form.
