Hi all, Pauline here! I know we are excited for an OCTRA ride to be happening. I need your help because I can't do this alone. I appreciate how exciting it is going to be to see friends you have missed and wish to hug. Please follow physical distancing at all times. And wear a mask when you are unable to. Hand sanitizer stations will be available in common areas. There will be no group meals, awards ceremonies or ride talks. We really need to set an example at this event in order to not only take care of every single one of us, and to prevent the spread of the virus, but to ensure ease of adding future rides right into 2021. Masks are mandatory in the vetting area, anywhere you are unable to physically distance and in your crew area if the people crewing for you are not from your inner circle in the past month (as in they reside in your home). I will be sending out waivers and Covid-19 attestations followed by a rider packet with base camp detailed maps, ride talk content, trail descriptions and more by email. In the meantime, I wanted to ensure you had a complete understanding of what you are registering for before you complete this form and send payment. You understand yourself and any support person you bring is expected to follow them at all times. Should you refuse to follow them, it will result in an immediate disqualification and an expectation that you will pack up and leave immediately. *

I understand there is potential this event could be cancelled if Ontario goes back to stage one or the local RCDHU needs to remove their approval. Full Refunds will be awarded in this case. Otherwise, refunds are subject to a $30 admin fee with receipt of DNS scorecard or DVM/MD note if entry withdrawn prior to competition. No show, no refund. *
If Camping overnight, what type of trailer do you have? (We encourage those less than 2 hours away, and 25 and 12 mile entrants to trailer in for the day or leave after their event if possible. I appreciate some are traveling much further or doing multiple days). *
If Camping overnight, how many horses will you need space for? (Note: this is not the best time to try camping with your horse for the first time. Save it for the future when it's safer to do so.)
