1 Entry per form.  

The cost of the project is $10 per participant and open to ages 5 -18.  Entries may be limited by chick availability. Register early.  The number of chicks provided to each participant will be determined upon availability and final number of participants registered. Participants should expect between 6-12 chicks.  Pick up day is TBD but will likely be July 9th or 10th- the chicks must be picked up that day.  More instructions will be provided to registered families. Birds must be processed at the end of the project.  Registration deadline is Thursday, July 2nd.  Informational meeting will be June 30 at 3:30 pm at the Extension Office.  If you cannot attend the informational meeting, please email Carson Johnson, carson_johnson@ncsu.edu, to make arrangements to receive further instruction to be included in the project. Cash or check for registration is accepted at the informational meeting or chick pickup.
