UUCP Children's Ministry - In Person May 2022
Beginning May 1st, Children’s Ministry will return to offering in-person activities on Sundays!
After Together Time, children and youth of all ages will leave the Sanctuary together and head to a shaded outdoor area. Our staff and volunteers are excited to provide space for UUCP’s children and youth to connect with friends old and new, and bond over UU-centered themes of art, discovery, and play.
What Do Families Need To Know?
For Children’s Ministry activities, masks must be worn by all ages in all spaces, indoors and outdoors. Child-size KF94 masks are available on campus, but we do recommend children and youth come in their own masks to ensure best fit. We also recommend children and youth bring a water bottle to stay hydrated outdoors.
All ages are welcome to participate, but for kids 4 or younger a parent/caregiver should come with them, as Children's Ministry is not set up to provide childcare at this time. Children and youth will need to be picked up from the activity when Service ends; at the end of this form, you will be able to request accommodations around child pickup.
All participants of any age in Children's Ministry Programming are asked to provide the following information. All programming is provided free of charge.
*Families with multiple registrants, please fully complete this form for EACH participant. The additional time you spend entering will:
1) assure that each person has access to programming,
2) provide separate consent forms, and
3) greatly decrease the amount of paid UUCP staff time in processing registrations, setting up new programs, and contacting parents in case of an emergency.
If completing a form for each participant presents too great a time burden, please contact Mx. Rose at 602-730-1154 and she will complete it for you.
