EVALUATION:
Everyone must pass the evaluation to take the Red Cross Lifeguard  course.

If you pass the evaluation you should not come to a second evaluation.

SWIM PREP:
These sessions are designed to help you pass and/or to improve your swim strokes.

Swim Prep is optional once you pass the evaluation. 

(If your swim stokes are not up to par you will be required to attend one or all of the swim prep sessions for improvement)

ALL SOUTHAMPTON HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS & SVOR MEMBERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO COME TO SWIM PREP SESSIONS

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is NOT provided
(but we can try to coordinate you with someone else who is planning to come if you need a ride)

POOL:

The pool time portion is interspersed with supporting classroom instruction.  
*Pool is heated but the air is chilly, 3/2mm wetsuit recommended
