The Ithaca Festival Spring Craft Show is one component of the larger Ithaca Festival, one of the largest annual events in Ithaca (NY), attracting an audience of over 30,000 people. One of America's best homegrown arts festivals, the event takes place Friday through Sunday in the downtown area of Ithaca. The parade will take place on Friday evening and the craft show and full festival will take place Friday - Sunday. Please visit the Ithaca Festival website (http://www.ithacafestival.org) to read more about the music, food, and art that makes Ithaca Festival unique.
We invite you to apply to exhibit and sell your work, and hope that you are able to participate in the show. We, as the Downtown Ithaca Alliance and managers of the Craft Show will be working closely with the Ithaca Festival organizers to promote the show in the official Ithaca Festival Program Guide, on the website, and in advertising for the event. We have heard your feedback from years past and will be providing runners to relieve vendors who need to step away from their booths to eat or take a break.
Please do not hesitate to contact the Downtown Ithaca Alliance with questions. We look forward to hearing from you soon!

GENERAL LOAD IN/OUT: Set-up time is from 7AM - 10AM each day. The Craft Show will take place on a paved city street. Tent weights are required and stakes may not be used (we suggest cinder blocks or 5 gallon water jugs). All craft vendors must provide their own 10x10 tent (or a 10x20 or 2 10x10 tents if you are in a double space). There is no electricity in the Craft area. No awnings are allowed on tents because they may interfere with the fire lane.
Vehicles must be removed immediately after unloading; vehicles are not permitted on the Craft Show blocks after 9AM each day. If you plan on arriving after 9AM, vehicles will not be permitted and you will need to use a hand truck to move your items into the Craft Show. After you unload your vehicle, please remove your car from the Craft Show area, park, and then come back to set up your booth. Vehicles must be removed promptly after unloading or it will create a traffic jam. Ithaca Festival staff will be on site to assist with traffic flow. Your booth space number will be written on tape on the curb at your space; please stay within your designated space and observe all fire lane markings.
Detailed load in/out instructions will be sent out after confirmation and location assignments are sent out. Please note that applications do not guarantee a space, you must receive confirmation.
